At VogellisiBerg, there are plenty of barbecue areas where you can linger, eat, play and pause. Whether with the family or among friends. The picturesque places in the forest, by the water or high on the mountain leave nothing to be desired.
Please note: Firewood is provided. You must bring your own lighter and kindling. Please take all waste back with you – nature will thank you.
- Horn: Picturesque barbecue area at the foot of the Albrist. The stream bed invites young and old to play and build cairns.
- Vogellisi themed trail: At the Gilbachegge, the barbecue site offers an opportunity to take a well-deserved rest on the Vogellisi themed trail. With the panorama from the Elsighorn to the Fitzer, the barbecue tastes twice as good.
- Rossweidli: On the way from Aebi to Rehärti is the picturesque barbecue site “Rossweidli”. Situated in a clearing in the forest, it is a cosy place to linger and even stay dry in rainy weather.
- Bergläger: The most popular barbecue spot for locals and guests. Barbecue fans are among themselves here. Also a paradise for children: The Geilsbach invites you to cool off and build a dam. New wooden tables and benches offer a unique barbecue experience in nature. The barbecue area is just opposite the Bergläger cable car station.
