1. The speeder
He is a true speed junkie. He doesn’t see or skilfully ignores “Slow down” or “Please brake” signs. He has certainly driven the route many times and knows every bend, every turn. Oh yes: skid marks are his calling card.
2. The double driver
Because driving in pairs is twice as much fun, he always has someone with him, despite the express prohibition at VogellisiBerg. Usually a child or a younger person. Of course, the selfies during the ride look much better when there are two of you on the scooter, and it’s more practical to have four hands on the handlebars instead of two.
3. The turn-lover
His speciality is to use the whole width of the road when riding his scooter. He is not at all afraid of oncoming traffic and cheekily ignores other road users. Overtaking him is a feat that only a few and very pushy drivers manage. The turn-lover is also one who likes to ride very much on the left or in the middle of the road, which makes him the favourite of bikers, hikers or, in fact, all road users. But he always seems to have a lot of fun and knows how to take full advantage of the Trottiland. In the truest sense of the word.
4. The timid one
He gets on a scooter for the sake of his family, but actually he is not at all comfortable with the vehicle. Whether he rides or pushes makes no difference, but everyone still has to wait for him. He is not only afraid of fast descents, but also of blind spots, sharp bends, wet roads, oncoming traffic and fellow riders as well as free-ranging cows.
5. The Influencer
The most striking feature of the Influencer? He brings his own helmet with him, including a mounted GoPro. So that he can enjoy his 100 descents all over again in slow motion at home and share them with his community. In addition, you can hear the influencer with the scooter from afar: he’s screaming his head off like there’s no tomorrow. After all, everyone on the track – and very important: in the video – should hear how much fun scooter riding can be. If that weren’t enough, he stops at every bend, because the panorama seems to be very breathtaking at these points. Of course, he finds the official route too annoying, but a scooter can take a lot and the photos and videos are simply even better “off the beaten track”.
