Also a Swiss cheese platter, smoked salmon and trout, or a meat platter are not missing at the Silleren Brunch. For those who like it richer, choose Rösti with bacon and a fried egg, or one of the many other and seasonally changing, warm dishes. In addition, lovers of sweets will not miss out: At the end of the rich breakfast, tasty desserts are served at the buffet.

Besides coffee and tea, the restaurant Sillerenbühl prepares fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Whether you fill your glass with a sweet drink or a sparkling Spumante – there is always a reason for a toast.
