Silleren valley station in Adelboden-Oey:

- Silleren P1 car park: take the 3rd exit at the roundabout at the entrance to Adelboden, follow the road for about 200 m, then turn off and go straight on to the Silleren P1 car park
- Silleren P2 car park (winter only): go straight on at the roundabout at the entrance to Adelboden (= 2nd exit), follow the road for about 500 m, then at the mineral spring go straight on to the Silleren P2 car park
Chuenisbärgli valley station (winter only):

- Chuenisbärgli P3 car park: take the 3rd exit at the roundabout at the entrance to Adelboden, follow the road for about 1 km, then turn right into Kreuzgasse, go straight on for about 200 m, then turn right into the Chuenisbärgli P3 car park
By public transport
Take the bus from Frutigen to Adelboden: bus timetable
- For the Silleren valley station: get off at the Adelboden Mineralquelle stop, then walk for about 3 minutes
- For the Chuenisbärgli valley station (winter): get off at the Adelboden Oey stop, then walk for about 1 minute, finally transfer to the bus for Unter dem Birg; bus timetable

Oey car park site
At Fuhrenweidli (Oey valley station) there are five sites for camper vans and mobile homes for which a fee is charged. Costs per night CHF 10.00 (parking fees of CHF 5.00 apply during the day).
The toilet facilities at the valley station of the cable car Silleren can be used. There are no facilities for the disposal of waste water. The sanitary station at Schlössliplatz can be used.
