At VogellisiBerg, the health of our guests and staff is our top priority. Below you will find the most important information for a carefree stay with us.
Help us:
- If possible, buy your ticket in advance online in our webshop and benefit from the lowest tariff.
- Pay by cash and contactless payment if possible.
- Keep your distance. Out of solidarity and respect for the other guests.
- Leave the windows open during the gondola ride and ensure good ventilation.
- Observe the hygiene rules.
- In case of symptoms, please stay at home or in your accommodation.
We ask for your understanding and consideration – only together will Corona not stand a chance on the Vogellisi mountain.
Bergbahnen Adelboden AG reserves the right to adjust the measures at any time in accordance with official regulations.

Money-back guarantee
Risks excluded
To ensure that safety breeds anticipation, a money-back guarantee applies to all holders of an Adelboden-Lenk season ticket and a Top4 ski pass. In the event of a lockdown or a power shortage and resulting closure, you will receive a pro-rata refund of the price. The refund will be made in cash. The customer is responsible for claiming the refund. The refund can be claimed until 30 April 2023, after which the claim for refund expires. If the official regulations for cable cars and/or winter sports areas change (e.g. introduction of compulsory certification), the Top4 areas will also implement these. There is no entitlement to a refund or exchange of season tickets.
